1. General provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") sets out the procedure for the collection, processing, storage, transfer and protection of personal data of users of the website https://aimap.am/ (hereinafter — the "Website").

1.3. This Policy has been developed in accordance with:
- the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia (Article 34 — the right to the protection of personal data);
- the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Protection of Personal Data" of 18 May 2015 No. ՀՕ-49-Ն (hereinafter — the "Law");
- the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (Convention 108);
- the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (Article 8).
1.4. By using the Website and providing personal data, the user confirms their consent to the terms of this Policy.
2. Key definitions
2.1. Personal data — any information relating to a natural person that allows or may allow this person to be identified directly or indirectly (Art. 3(1) of the Law).
2.2. Processing of personal data — any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, transfer, blocking, deletion and destruction.
2.3. Data subject (User) — a natural person whose personal data is processed by the Controller.
2.4. Controller — Sole Proprietor Leon Nikolaev, who carries out the processing of personal data.
3. Categories of personal data collected
3.1. The Controller collects and processes the following personal data of Website users:
a) Data provided by the user voluntarily:
- Name;
- Contact phone number or Telegram handle;
- Description of the task / subject of the enquiry;
- Selected category of interest (service).
b) Data collected automatically when visiting the Website:
- IP address;
- Browser type and version;
- Device type and operating system;
- Referrer source;
- Pages visited on the Website;
- Date and time of the visit;
- Cookies and similar technologies.
c) Data from analytics services:
- Yandex.Metrica (counter ID: 98986947).
3.2. The Controller does not collect special categories of personal data (health data, racial or ethnic origin, biometric data, etc.).
4. Purposes of processing personal data
4.1. The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing user requests submitted through the contact form on the Website;
- Contacting the user to discuss the project and provide commercial offers;
- Improving the quality of the Website and its content;
- Analysing user behaviour on the Website to improve the user experience;
- Ensuring the technical operation of the Website;
- Complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
5. Legal grounds for processing
5.1. Personal data is processed on the following legal grounds (in accordance with Art. 5 and Art. 8 of the Law):
- Consent of the data subject — by filling in the contact form on the Website, the user gives consent to the processing of the data provided;
- Legitimate interest of the Controller — to ensure the operation of the Website, analytics and the improvement of service quality;
- Performance of contractual obligations — in the event of entering into a contract for the provision of services.

6.1. The Website uses cookies — small text files saved in the user's browser.

7.1. The Controller may transfer personal data to the following categories of recipients:
- Yandex (LLC "YANDEX", Russia) — within the Yandex.Metrica service for the purposes of web analytics;
- Hosting provider — to ensure the technical operation of the Website.
7.2. Data is transferred to third parties solely to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.
7.3. For cross-border transfers of personal data, the Controller ensures an adequate level of protection in accordance with Art. 17 of the Law.
7.4. The Controller does not sell or transfer users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
8. Retention periods of personal data
8.1. Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing.
8.2. Indicative retention periods:

8.3. Once the purpose of processing has been achieved or the retention period has expired, the data is destroyed or anonymised.
9. Rights of the data subject
9.1. In accordance with the Law (Art. 14–16), the user has the right:
- Right to information — to know what data is processed, by whom and for what purpose;
- Right of access — to obtain information about their personal data held by the Controller;
- Right to rectification — to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right to restriction — to request that the processing of data be blocked;
- Right to erasure — to request the deletion of personal data;
- Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
9.2. To exercise these rights, the user may contact the Controller using the contact details listed in clause 1.2 of this Policy.
9.3. The Controller is required to review the request and provide a response within 5 (five) business days of receiving the request (Art. 14 of the Law).
9.4. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection — the Personal Data Protection Agency under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia (www.moj.am).
10. Personal data protection measures
10.1. The Controller takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution, including:
- Use of a secure connection (HTTPS/SSL);
- Restriction of access to personal data;
- Regular software updates;
- Access control for systems containing personal data.
10.2. In the event of a personal data breach, the Controller is required to:
- Immediately notify the Personal Data Protection Agency and the Police of the Republic of Armenia;
- Publish a public announcement about the incident;
- Take measures to remedy the consequences and prevent similar incidents in the future.
11. Changes to the Policy
11.1. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Policy.
11.2. The current version of the Policy is published on the Website at: https://aimap.am/privacy
11.3. Continued use of the Website after changes have been made constitutes the user's agreement to the updated Policy.
